Spain's Grupo Antolin sets roadshow for €400 million seven-year notes

Portland, Ore., March 11 - Spain-based Grupo Antolin plans to start a roadshow on Wednesday in the United Kingdom for its €400 million offering of seven-year senior notes, according to a market source.

The roadshow moves to Paris on Friday, with subsequent announcements about the marketing of the deal to be announced.

Joint bookrunner Deutsche Bank will bill and deliver for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering. Banco Popular Espanol, Bankia, Bankinter, BBVA, BNP Paribas, CaixaBank, Sabadell and Santander are also joint bookrunners.

Banca March and Espirito Santo Investment Bank are co-managers.

The notes come with three years of call protection.

Credit ratings remain to be determined.

The Brugos, Spain-based supplier of automotive interior components plans to use the proceeds to refinance debt and for general corporate purposes.
