HC Capital Trust board seeks approval for specialist manager changes

San Diego, March 23 - The board of trustees of HC Capital Trust approved at a meeting held on March 13 the appointment of Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc. as an additional specialist manager for the Fixed Income Opportunity Portfolio, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Specialist managers provide investment management services to their allotted portion of the assets of the portfolio.

The board also approved amendments to portfolio management agreements between specialist manager Jennison Associates LLC and the trust with respect to the Growth Equity Portfolio and the Institutional Growth Equity Portfolio.

Shareholders must approve both the appointment and the amendments and will be asked to vote on them at a shareholders meeting on April 30.

West Conshohocken, Pa.-based HC Capital Solutions serves as the investment adviser to the portfolios.
