Grohe talks €800 million seven-year notes at Euribor plus 275-287.5 bps

By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Jan. 11 - Germany-based plumbing fixtures manufacturer Grohe Holding GmbH has talked its €800 million offering of seven-year senior secured floating-rate notes (B2/B) at three-month Euribor plus 275 to 287.5 basis points, according to an informed source.

The books close at 10 a.m. GMT on Friday, with the deal pricing thereafter.

Credit Suisse and Lehman Brothers are joint bookrunners for the Regulation S offering.

The notes come with 18 months of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to refinance the company's senior secured credit facilities.
