Grohe offers €800 million seven-year floaters via Credit Suisse

By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Jan. 9 - Grohe Holding GmbH will conduct a roadshow Wednesday through Friday for its €800 million offering of seven-year senior secured floating-rate notes (B2), according to an informed source.

Credit Suisse and Lehman Brothers are joint bookrunners for the Regulation S offering.

The notes, which are expected to receive credit ratings in single-B context, will come with 18 months of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to refinance the company's senior secured credit facilities.

Grohe is a Germany-based plumbing fixtures manufacturer.
