By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Mo., June 18 - The roadshow starts Wednesday for Gristede's Foods, Inc.'s offering of $175 million of senior notes due 2012, according to a market source.

The roadshow is set to conclude on June 27.

The source identified Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Jefferies & Co. as the bookrunners.

The Rule 144A notes are non-callable for five years.

The New York City-based supermarket chain will use proceeds to fund the acquisition of Kings Supermarkets and repay debt.
