Gray Television pays down $53.75 million of term loan debt

Columbus, Ohio, April 5 – Gray Television Inc. completed a series of debt principal payments totaling $53.75 million, including $50 million of voluntary payments, the company reported in a news release Friday.

The payments comprised a required principal payment of $3.75 million on March 29 under its term loan D due 2028, a voluntary prepayment of the three remaining 2024 required quarterly principal payments due on the term loan D totaling $11.25 million on April 1 and a voluntary principal payment of $38.75 million on April 1 under Gray’s term loan E.

Gray Television is an Atlanta-based broadcast company.
