Banco Santander Chile to redeem ¥10.5 billion 0.6% notes due 2024

Lexington, Ky., Feb. 28 – Banco Santander Chile plans to redeem in full its ¥10.5 billion 0.6% senior fixed-rate notes due 2024, according to a notice.

All the outstanding notes will be redeemed at par on the redemption date of March 29. The bank will also pay accrued interest, according to the final terms of the notes.

Citibank, NA, London Branch is the fiscal agent and paying agent.

The bank is based in Santiago, Chile.
