Kier Group will use new notes to prepay credit facility, other notes

Chicago, Feb. 8 – Kier Group plc will use a new £250 million offering of senior notes to prepay certain elements of existing credit facilities and private placement notes, according to a press release.

Kier Group’s services are focused on the public sector and regulated utility markets.
