Innergex to trim revolver balance with funds from minority investor

Chicago, Oct. 26 – Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. announced the completion of a partnership with Credit Agricole Assurances whereby Assurances will gain a 30% minority interest in Innergex’s assets and development portfolio in France for a €129.5 million investment, according to a press release.

The proceeds will be used to reduce Innergex’s revolving credit facility and to fund the corporation’s development activities over the coming years.

Longueil, Quebec-based Innergex is a developer and operator of renewable power generating facilities.
