Macquarie AirFinance to pay down some loan borrowings with notes

New York, Sept. 11 – Macquarie AirFinance Holdings Ltd. plans to repay $400 million of its existing $1.26 billion senior secured term loan due May 2025 and $100 million of borrowings under its existing unsecured revolving credit facility using proceeds from a $500 million senior notes offering, according to a market source.

Macquarie AirFinance is a Dublin-based aircraft lessor.
