Tongchuangjiuding’s Jiu An seeks consents for 9½% bonds due 2023

Chicago, June 5 – Jiu An Finance Co., Ltd. is soliciting consents for its $230 million outstanding 9½% guaranteed bonds due 2023 (ISIN: XS2177116733) that are guaranteed by Tongchuangjiuding Investment Management Group Co., Ltd., according to an announcement.

The purpose of the consent solicitation is to improve the issuer’s overall financial condition and give it financial stability via the proposed amendments.

There will not be a consent fee paid in the solicitation.

Consenting bondholders must consent to all of the proposed amendments and not selectively. A comprehensive detailing of the proposed amendments was not given in the announcement.

The expiration time is 11 a.m. ET on June 26.

A meeting will be held at Mayer Brown’s offices in Hong Kong on June 29 at 10 p.m. ET.

Results will be delivered to Euroclear and Clearstream on July 3.

The amendment documents would be executed on July 13.
