Spirit AeroSystems to redeem $300 million 3.95% notes due 2023

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 9 – Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. wholly owned subsidiary Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. plans to redeem in full its outstanding $300 million of 3.95% senior notes due 2023 (Cusip: 85205T AJ9) on Nov. 23, according to a press release.

The redemption price will be par plus 20 basis points plus accrued interest.

The redemption is conditioned on the completion by Spirit AeroSystems of an issuance of at least $800 million principal amount of senior notes by the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

Spirit is a Wichita, Kan.-based manufacturer of aerostructures for commercial airplanes.
