Univision to repay some term loan C-5 borrowings with notes proceeds

New York, Aug. 18 – Univision Communications Inc. plans to refinance a portion of its term loan C-5 due 2024 with proceeds from a $400 million senior secured notes offering, according to a market source.

The notes offering was upsized from $300 million for a larger term loan C-5 paydown.

Univision is a New York-based Spanish-language content and media company.
