Automotive Properties REIT draws on revolver for acquisitions

Chicago, Jan. 18 – Automotive Properties Real Estate Investment Trust drew down on its revolving credit facility and used cash on hand for its C$23.4 million acquisitions of two automotive dealership properties in Quebec, according to a press release.

Based in Toronto, the REIT focuses on owning and acquiring primarily income-producing automotive dealership properties located in Canada.
