Greif Bros. roadshow for $300 million dollar, euro 10-year notes starts Monday

St. Louis, Mo., July 11 - The roadshow begins Monday in Europe for Greif Bros. Corp.'s two-tranche dollar and euro offering of approximately $300 million of senior subordinated notes due 2012, according to a syndicate source. The tranche sizes remain to be determined.

The European roadshow continues through July 18 and the US roadshow runs July 17-25. Pricing is expected to take place on July 25.

Salomon Smith Barney is the bookrunner.

The Rule 144A notes are non-callable for five years.

The Delaware, Ohio industrial container company will use proceeds will be used to repay bank debt.
