Peru’s Minsur will redeem 6¼% notes due 2024 on Dec. 30

Chicago, Nov. 29 – Minsur SA announced it will redeem its 6¼% notes due 2024 on Dec. 30 with a make-whole premium of Treasuries plus 50 basis points (Cusips: 60447KAA8, P6811TAA3), according to a notice.

The company will also pay interest to the redemption date.

Notes should be surrendered to the paying agent, Citibank, NA.

Minsur is a mining company based in Lima, Peru.
