Compass Group will use new notes to repay revolver

Chicago, Nov. 15 – Compass Group Diversified Holdings LLC will use a new offering of notes to repay a portion of the outstanding balance under its revolving credit facility, according to a press release.

Compass Group is a Westport, Conn.-based investment and holding.
