China’s Fantasia buys back $5.2 million more notes from five series

Los Angeles, Sept. 15 – Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Ltd. has repurchased a further $5.2 million of notes from five series, according to a company announcement.

Fantasia repurchased in the open market $1 million of notes due October 2022, $2.5 million of notes due June 2023, $500,000 of notes due October 2023, $1 million of notes due March 2024 and $200,000 of notes due June 2024.

Fantasia had announced various buybacks for the 2022 notes, two 2023 series and March 2024 notes in May, June, August and earlier this month.

The company said it plans to keep repurchasing notes depending on market conditions.

Fantasia is a property development company based in Shenzhen, China.
