JetBlue repays, terminates $750 million term loan

Concord, N.H., July 6 – JetBlue Airways Corp. repaid a portion of its outstanding borrowings under a $750 million term loan credit agreement on June 17 and then repaid the full amount on June 30, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.

Together, the repayments totaled about $722 million, plus accrued interest and associated fees.

As of June 30, the term loan documents and all obligations were terminated in full.

Barclays Bank plc was the administrative agent of the loan.

JetBlue is a Long Island City, N.Y.-based provider of passenger air transportation services.
