U.S. Cellular to redeem its 7¼% notes due 2026 on June 15

Concord, May 18 – United States Cellular Corp. announced Tuesday that it will redeem all of its $300 million outstanding of 7¼% senior notes due 2064 on June 16, according to a company news release.

The notes will be purchased at $25 par per unit together with accrued and unpaid interest.

The paying agent is the Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co. NA.

The notes are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “UZC.”

The wireless products and services company is based in Chicago.
