CMA CGM to redeem remaining €350 million 6½% notes due 2022

Concord, N.H., April 9 – CMA CGM SA announced it will redeem the remaining €350 million aggregate principal amount outstanding of its 6½% notes due 2022 (ISINs: XS1647101903, XS1647100848), according to a notice.

The issue was originally €650 million in size.

The notes will be redeemed for 101.625 on April 19. The amount of accrued and unpaid interest to the redemption date will be €5,940,277.78.

The partial redemption is being conducted under the optional redemption on or after July 15, 2019 outlined in the notes indenture, and the paying agent is Elavon Financial Services DAC.
