Banco de Credito del Peru to redeem in full 2026 notes, 2027 notes on April 28

Concord, N.H., March 29 – Banco de Credito del Peru said it will redeem in full all 6 7/8% fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes due 2026 (Cusip: 05954TAH4) and its 6 1/8% fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes due 2027 (Cusip: 05954TAJ0), both issued by the bank’s Panamanian branch, according to a news release.

Both series of notes are being redeemed on April 28 at a price of par plus a make-whole of accrued and unpaid principal and interest discounted at Treasuries plus 50 basis points.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the paying agent.

The bank is based in Lima, Peru.
