Teine Energy to repay credit facility borrowings via new notes

New York, March 22 – Teine Energy Ltd. plans to repay all or a portion of the outstanding borrowings under its credit facilities, according to a news release.

The redemption will be funded using proceeds from an offering of $400 million senior notes due 2029.

Teine is a Calgary, Alta.-based oil and gas exploration, development and production company.
