Domtar to repay $294 million under term loan with CoBank

Columbus, Ohio, March 8 – Domtar Corp. repay the $294 million outstanding under its term loan with CoBank, ACB according to a news release Monday.

The company also announced that it would redeem all of its $300 million of 4.4% senior notes due 2022 on April 1 and that it was canceling a tender offer for those notes as well as for a combined $300 million of its $250 million outstanding 6¾% senior notes due 2044 and $250 million outstanding 6¼% senior notes due 2042.

Domtar makes paper and other fiber-based products and is based in Fort Mill, S.C.
