Superior Plus to repay revolver drawings with notes proceeds

New York, March 1 – Superior Plus plans to repay borrowings under its revolving credit facility using a portion of the proceeds from a $600 million senior notes offering, according to a market source.

Remaining proceeds from the notes will be used to repay existing notes due 2026 and to pay related fees and expenses.

The notes were upsized from $500 million.

Superior Plus is a Toronto-based propane distributor and marketer.
