Prestige Brands to draw on ABL facility for notes redemption

New York, Feb. 10 – Prestige Brands Inc. plans to use drawings under its ABL facility to help fund the redemption of senior notes due 2024, according to a market source.

Other funds for the redemption will come from the sale of $600 million of senior notes, upsized from $500 million, and cash on the balance sheet.

Prestige Brands is a Tarrytown, N.Y.-based seller, manufacturer and distributor of consumer health care products to retail outlets.
