New Issue: Greenwood County, S.C., sells $55.99 million of revenue bonds for Self Regional

New York, April 12 - Greenwood County in South Carolina priced on Thursday $55,985,000 of series 2012 hospital facilities refunding revenue bonds for the Self Regional Health Care System Inc., said a pricing sheet.
The bonds (A1) are due 2012 to 2027 with a term bond due in 2031. The serial coupons range from 2% to 5%. The 2031 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 107.281.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC was the senior manager.
Proceeds will be used to refund existing Self Regional revenue bonds.
