Plymouth Industrial REIT uses borrowings to acquire Georgia portfolio

Los Angeles, Jan. 30 – Plymouth Industrial REIT Inc. said it used borrowings under its credit facilities to fund an acquisition.
Plymouth acquired a five-building industrial portfolio in Atlanta and Savannah for $34.7 million, according to a press release.
The real estate investment trust is based in Boston.
