Garda World to repay $450 million of term loan debt via new notes

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 30 – Garda World Security Corp. announced that it now plans to repay $450 million of borrowings under the term loan facility under its senior secured credit facilities using proceeds from new notes, according to a press release.

The company announced Thursday that it priced an upsized $450 million of senior secured notes due 2027.

Garda World originally planned to sell $400 million of the notes and pay down $400 million of term loan debt with the proceeds.

Garda World is a Montreal-based provider of business solutions and security services.
