Stericycle to repay some outstanding borrowings using note proceeds

New York, Nov. 9 – Stericycle, Inc. plans to repay a portion of its outstanding borrowings under its senior credit facility and term loan facility using proceeds from its $400 million senior note offering, according to a news release.

The provider of medical waste collection, transportation, treatment and disposal services and safety and compliance programs is based in Lake Forest, Ill.
