Cars.com to repay borrowings under facility with senior note proceeds

New York, Oct. 26 – Cars.com Inc. plans to repay certain borrowings under its existing credit facility using proceeds from its offering of $400 million senior notes due 2028, according to a news release.

Cars.com is a Chicago-based digital automotive marketplace company.
