Global Partners to redeem 7% senior notes, repay credit facility

New York, Sept. 23 – Global Partners LP plans to redeem its 7% senior notes due 2023 and repay a portion of the outstanding borrowings under its credit agreement using proceeds from a new $350 million senior note offering, according to a news release.

The redemption is subject to the consummation of the senior note offering.

The notes will be redeemed on Oct. 23 at 101.75, plus interest.

Global Partners is a Waltham, Mass.-based operator of gasoline stations and convenience stores.
