Svenska Cellulosa to refinance outstanding bonds, short-term debt

New York, Sept. 17 – Svenska Cellulosa AB SCA plans to refinance outstanding bonds and other short-term debt using proceeds from its SEK 2.5 billion of new bonds, according to a news release.

Any remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Svenska Cellulosa is a hygiene and forest products company that develops and produces personal care, tissue and forest products.
