At Home Group to repay all outstanding first-lien term loan facility

New York, Aug. 13 – At Home Group Inc. intends to repay all amounts outstanding under its senior secured first-lien term loan facility using proceeds from a private note offering, cash on hand and additional borrowings under its senior secured asset-based revolving credit facility, according to a news release.

At Home is a Plano, Tex.-based specialty retailer of home decor products.
