Textron to repay $500 million under 364-day term loan
Chicago, Aug. 3 – Textron Inc. plans to repay the $500 million in principal amount outstanding under the company’s 364-day term loan, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company will use proceeds from an offering of dollar-denominated fixed-rate notes announced on Monday.
The multi-industry company has units including aircraft, defense and finance. It is based in Providence, R.I.
