Bain Capital Specialty Finance to repay credit facilities with notes proceeds

New York, May 29 – Bain Capital Specialty Finance Inc. plans to repay debt under its secured credit facilities using the proceeds from a $115 million offering of 8.5% three-year notes, according to a company release.

In connection with the notes offering, the company amended certain terms of its credit facility with Goldman Sachs Bank USA.

The notes offering is expected to close on June 10.

Bain Capital is a Boston-based is a business development company focused on lending to middle-market companies.
