Synlab to redeem €400 million floaters with new note proceeds, cash

Olympia, Wash., May 11 – Synlab Bondco plc plans to redeem about €400 million of senior secured floating-rate notes due 2022 at par using proceeds from a new €400 million offering of five-year senior secured floating-rate notes, according to a notice.

Cash on hand will also be used for the redemption.

Holders will also receive accrued interest.

Synlab is an Augsburg, Germany-based medical diagnostics company.
