Southwest Airlines to repay some credit facility debt via new notes

Olympia, Wash., April 29 – Southwest Airlines Co. plans to repay a portion of the outstanding borrowings under its amended and restated 364-day credit agreement using proceeds from a new offering of notes, according to a press release.

The company announced on Wednesday that it plans to offer two series of senior notes due 2023 and 2025.

The airline is based in Dallas.
