By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, April 21 – Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV has drawn down its €6.25 billion revolving credit facility originally signed in June 2015 and amended in March 2019 in light of continuing uncertainty relating to Covid-19, according to a news release.

The new borrowings add to €1.5 billion drawn down from other bilateral credit facilities of the group.

The group’s €3.5 billion credit facility entered into on March 25 remains undrawn.

Fiat Chrysler is an Auburn Hills, Mich.-based automaker.
