Quad/Graphics draws $100 million under revolver

Columbus, Ohio, April 2 – Quad/Graphics Inc. increased borrowings by $100 million under its revolving credit facility to bring cash on hand to about $200 million.

The measure was taken to ensure continued financial flexibility amid the Covid-19 pandemic, according to a news release.

Quad/Graphics is a Sussex, Wis.-based provider of print and related multichannel solutions.
