By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, March 25 – American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. borrowed $200 million under its revolving credit facility recently, according to a Wednesday press release.

The drawdown brought the company’s cash on hand to more than $600 million, and the company has about $700 million available under its committed revolver and about $90 million in available foreign credit facilities.

It has no significant debt maturities before October 2022.

American Axle is a Detroit-based manufacturer and designer of driveline and drivetrain systems and related components and modules, chassis systems, electric drive systems and metal-formed products.
