Graphic Packaging to repay some revolver debt with new note proceeds

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 21 – Graphic Packaging International, LLC plans to repay a portion of the outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facility using proceeds from a new offering of notes, according to a press release.

The company announced on Friday that it plans to sell $400 million of senior notes due 2028.

Proceeds from the offering will also be used for general corporate purposes.

Graphic Packaging is an Atlanta-based consumer packaging manufacturer.
