Greentown China to issue dollar senior notes in Regulation S offering

Chicago, Sept. 16 - Greentown China Holdings Ltd. plans to issue dollar-denominated senior notes to investors outside of the United States in a Regulation S offering.

The completion of the proposed issue is subject to market conditions and investors' interest, according to a company notice.

Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch, Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd., Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC, BOC International, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Ltd., Standard Chartered Bank and UBS AG, Hong Kong Branch are the joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to refinance short-term debt and to fund capital expenditures and for general corporate purposes.

Greentown China is a Hangzhou, China-based property developer.
