Alliance Data to repay portion of term loans via new note proceeds

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 16 – Alliance Data Systems Corp. plans to repay a potion of the debt under its term loans using proceeds from a new offering of notes, according to a press release.

The company announced Monday that it plans to price a $600 million offering of five-year senior notes.

Alliance is a Columbus, Ohio-based marketing services provider.
