CoreCivic plans to draw down on revolver to redeem $325 million notes

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 2 – CoreCivic Inc. plans to draw down on its revolving credit facility to redeem its $325 million of 4 1/8% senior notes due 2020, according to a news release.

The notes will be redeemed on Jan. 1 at par plus accrued interest.

CoreCivic is a Nashville, Tenn.-based owner of partnership correctional, detention and residential reentry facilities.
