HICL Infrastructure uses revolver to fund £24 million acquisition

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 11 – HICL Infrastructure Co. Ltd. funded a £24 million acquisition with drawings under its revolving credit facility, according to a press release.

Diamond Transmission Partners, a consortium comprising HICL and Diamond Transmission Corp., Ltd., acquired the transmission assets associated with the Race Bank Windfarm.

HICL is a Guernsey-based infrastructure investment company advised by InfraRed Capital Partners Ltd.
