Eventbrite repays in full, terminates credit agreement with JPMorgan

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 20 – Eventbrite, Inc. repaid in full and terminated its credit agreement dated as of Sept. 27, 2018 with JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA as the administrative agent, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The repayment was made on Thursday.

Eventbrite is a San Francisco-based event management and ticketing company.
