ServiceMaster to borrow $120 million under revolver to buy Nomor

Los Angeles, Sept. 9 – ServiceMaster plans to borrow $120 million under its revolving credit facility to help fund its acquisition of Nomor Holding AB, according to a news release.

The roughly $200 million purchase will also be funded with cash from operations.

ServiceMaster is a Memphis-based provider of pest control, restoration and cleaning services to residential and commercial customers. Nomor is a Stockholm-based pest control company.
