Indonesia’s Alam Synergy to redeem $235 million 6.95% notes due 2020

Olympia, Wash., May 8 – Alam Synergy Pte. Ltd. plans to redeem its $235 million of 6.95% senior notes due 2020, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on June 7 at par plus $986,513.89 of accrued interest.

Alam Sutera is a property developer based in Tangerang, Indonesia.
