Danske Bank plans to redeem three series of tier 2 notes due 2024

Olympia, Wash., May 1 – Danske Bank A/S plans to redeem three series of its subordinated tier 2 notes in June, according to three separate notices.

The SEK 900 million subordinated fixed-rate resettable tier 2 notes due 2024 will be redeemed at par on June 5.

The SEK 1.6 billion subordinated floating-rate tier 2 notes due 2024 will be redeemed at par on June 5.

The Kr 1.7 billion subordinated floating-rate tier 2 notes due 2024 will be redeemed at par on June 6.

The bank is based in Copenhagen.
